Policy details. Refund Policy

Refund will be initiated as per the following policies.

1. If the project is not initiated, the client is eligible for full refund of amount paid.

2. If the client has approved the final project or is demanding changes in the project, then the refund will become void and cannot be initiated.

3. If a refund is demanded within 2-7 days after the delivery of project where clients point to major issues only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded or issues will be fixed at no extra cost.

4. A client cannot claim a refund after 7 days of the delivery of the project.

5. Once the project is deployed or gets live there will be no refund afterward. And if client demand to make any other changes than requested before there will be a certain fee depending on the nature of the request.

6. There will be a valid reason for the refund claim such as the project output is not same as briefed etc.

7. Networkzone13 Ltd. have all the right to disapprove/cancel the refund request if the intention or reason for the refund is not in good faith.
